      Liu Zhiren and his party held a symposium at the Chenzhou Civil Affairs Bureau after learning more about the community party building + pension, the linkage of the three agencies + the pension situation, the embedded pension work in the community, and the sales of Welfare Lottery. At the meeting, I watched a feature film on home and community elderly care services in Chenzhou City, and listened to reports on related work. Representatives of the National People's Congress and CPPCC members put forward opinions and suggestions on community elderly care planning, elderly care industry development, and talent training.

Liu Zhiren requested that we must thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping's inspection of Hunan, the spirit of Chenzhou's important speech and the spirit of the 12th Plenary Session of the 11th Provincial Party Committee, and promote the coordinated development of the elderly care industry and the elderly care industry.        Liu Zhiren requested that we should focus on the people’s "difficult and sorrowful" problems, focusing on the work of homeless assistance, minor protection, elderly care services, community building, charity, and assistance to people in special difficulties, and strengthen measures to provide practical measures to help people with special difficulties.
