One belt, one road exhibition city, held in August 31, 2018 and September 5th, was held by EldExpo exhibition Committee and more than 30 Pan Pearl City Exhibition representatives to Southeast Asia countries. It entered the 6 day "all along the road" national exchange and inspection activities, and visited three national exhibition management departments and trade associations in Vietnam, Kampuchea and Thailand to understand the development of local exhibition industry. Publicize and promote the concept and purpose of China International Elderly Health Industry Expo (hereinafter referred to as eldexpo Expo), and promote the deeper cooperation between eldexpo Expo and Vietnam Cambodia Thailand Convention and exhibition.

Initial station - Vietnam

The delegation visited the Saigon Exhibition Center (SECC) in Vietnam and the Vietnam International Printing, packaging and food industry exhibition, and held exchanges and discussions with local exhibition units in Vietnam. It was warmly received by the Ministry of industry and information technology of Vietnam, Saigon Convention and Exhibition Center of Vietnam and Zhanzhao international exhibition company. Mr. Khanh of the Ministry of industry and information technology of Vietnam introduced the development and future expectations of Saigon Convention and Exhibition Center in Vietnam, hoping to reach in-depth cooperation with the Pan Pearl River Convention and exhibition city through this exchange and investigation activity and strengthen the exchange of convention and exhibition industry between China and Vietnam. The atmosphere of this trip was warm and pleasant, and the content was rich and colorful. The representatives of both sides benefited a lot, opening a new chapter for the cooperation and development of China Vietnam Convention and exhibition industry.

Symposium and exchange

The second stop - Cambodia

The delegation visited the Cambodian Ministry of Commerce as agreed and was warmly welcomed by more than 20 leaders of the Cambodian Ministry of Commerce, including his Excellency chundara, Secretary of state of the Ministry of Commerce of the kingdom of Cambodia. After that, the two sides held discussions and exchanges on the exhibition related policy cooperation between Cambodia and the Pan Pearl River City Convention and Exhibition alliance. One belt, one road, was introduced to Kampuchea. China's economic environment and preferential policies were introduced to the delegation. He said that under the environment of "one belt and one road" initiative and China ASEAN trade cooperation, the forum could be further publicized and promoted to more Chinese exhibition enterprises, attracting more Chinese exhibition companies to invest in Cambodia. The trip to Cambodia deepened the delegates' understanding of the local convention and exhibition industry and laid a foundation for the establishment of an exchange and cooperation platform for the Convention and exhibition industry between China and Cambodia.

The third stop - Thailand

The delegation met with Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) smoothly. Mr. nichapa yoswee of TCEB introduced that TCEB, as a public organization, is determined to build Thailand into an important business activity center in Asia, provide flexible and service-oriented assistance to participants, tourists, conference attendees and Exhibition merchants, and expressed the hope to promote cross-border exchanges between urban convention and exhibition industries, establish a bridge of friendship between Chinese and Thai Convention and exhibition people, and reach cooperation and development opportunities. During the exchange and interaction session, the delegation members enthusiastically spoke and asked questions, and obtained many local exhibition information.

One belt, one road, one belt, one road city represent the general trend of the development of the exhibition industry. EldExpo has deepened its understanding of the "one belt and one way" strategy through this exchange survey, widened the thinking of the development of the new era, enhanced the confidence of international cooperation in the innovation and exhibition, and deeply felt that the development of MICE industry in Southeast Asia is accumulate steadily.
