From June 1, 2020, the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Basic Medical Health and Health Promotion" will be officially implemented. This is the first basic and comprehensive law in my country's health and wellness field, and the people's right to health has been guaranteed by legislation since then.

  

The "Basic Medical Hygiene and Health Promotion Law" is divided into ten chapters and 110 articles, covering basic medical and health services, medical and health institutions, medical personnel, drug supply security, health promotion, financial security and other aspects of health. The doctors, village doctors, doctor-patient disputes, pre-hospital first aid, key population health, mental health and other hot and difficult points are clearly defined.

 

The promulgation and implementation of the "Basic Medical Hygiene and Health Promotion Law" will have a major leading role in the establishment of order in my country's health field in the future!

9. The state raises basic medical insurance funds through multiple channels in accordance with the law, and gradually improves the basic medical insurance sustainable financing and guarantee level adjustment mechanism.

 

10. The state establishes and improves a comprehensive medical and health supervision and management system that combines institutional autonomy, industry self-discipline, government supervision, and social supervision. The health authorities of the people's governments at or above the county level shall implement localization and whole-industry supervision and management of the medical and health industries.
