For example, the bed number of the old-age care institution should be more than 30; the occupancy rate of the newly-added bed should be 60% or more; the subsidized pension institution must not change the nature of its old-age service, and must not carry out business unrelated to the old-age service; The term of the site lease contract shall be more than 10 years (including 10 years); the reconstruction and expansion of the old-age institution shall be submitted to the local county (city, district) Civil Affairs Bureau one month in advance, and may be rebuilt or expanded without approval. If it is privately rebuilt or expanded, no subsidy will be granted.

Divided into three criteria according to the object of income

The "Measures" require the old-age care institutions to accept the elderly registered in this Municipality, and the one-time stay of the elderly is not less than 30 days. According to the different recipients, three criteria are allocated to the operation subsidy: the recipients of the service, Each person is subsidized by 150 yuan/month; if the recipient of the service is included, each person is subsidized 100 yuan/month; if the self-care service object is accepted, each person is subsidized 50 yuan/month.

The application for operating subsidy by the old-age care institution also needs to meet certain conditions. For example, the annual satisfaction rate of the service target is over 90%; the ratio of the staff directly serving the service object to the self-care service object is not less than 1:10, and the service target is The ratio is not less than 1:6, the ratio of the target to the nursing service is not less than 1:3; the number of the client who is more than 200 should be equipped with at least 2 full-time nutritionists and 1 full-time social worker. Persons, full-time dietitians and full-time social workers will increase by one each; they will not be able to receive sick people with mental illnesses, infectious diseases, etc.; there is no major liability accident during the funding period.
