According to the notice of Guangdong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs on carrying out star rating of elderly care institutions in 2021 (Yue min Han [2021] No. 391), through voluntary declaration, third-party evaluation and random inspection and verification, the evaluation results are as follows:

Among the 159 declared elderly care institutions, 88 star institutions are to be evaluated in 2021, including 16 five-star institutions, 14 four-star institutions, 40 three-star institutions, 13 two-star institutions and 5 one-star institutions (see the annex for the specific list).

The star rating results of pension institutions in Guangdong Province in 2021 are now publicized to the public. Any unit or individual who has any objection may report it to the elderly care service office of Guangdong civil affairs department during the publicity period. In the name of the unit, the official seal of the unit shall be affixed; in the name of the individual, the real name shall be signed and the contact information shall be left. The information and problems reflected shall be true and specific for verification.
