The first Central (Wuhan) International Elderly Care and Health Industry Expo (referred to as "Wuhan Elderly Expo", also known as the Central Elderly Expo ") exhibition schedule:


1、 Exhibitors' exhibition placement/removal time and registration notice

1. Exhibitors at the Guangdi (Special) booth:

Registration/Exhibition Time: April 23th to 24th, 2025 09:00-17:00

Demolition time: April 27, 2025 from 16:00 to 17:00


2. Standard Booth Exhibitors:

Registration/Exhibition Time: April 24th, 2025 09:00-17:00

Demolition time: April 27th, 2025 from 16:00 to 17:00

※ Overtime Notice: Overtime pay (starting from 5:00 pm on the same day)


If exhibitors need to work overtime, please apply to the main venue contractor before 4:00 pm on the same day. The cost will be borne by the exhibitor. Late applications will incur an additional 20% fee; Overtime shall not exceed 23:00 at the latest.


2、 Exhibition opening hours (exhibitor admission time):

April 25th, 2025 08:30-17:00

April 26th, 2025 09:00-17:00

April 27th, 2025 09:00-16:00

 

3、 Entry management

During the exhibition setup, exhibition, and dismantling period, exhibitors must wear their exhibition credentials when entering or inside the exhibition hall, and hang them on their chests, consciously cooperating with security personnel for inspection.


4、 Relocation work arrangement

1. This exhibition is scheduled to close at 4:00 pm on April 27, 2025, with a withdrawal period from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. To maintain the overall atmosphere of the exhibition and avoid affecting other exhibitors and visitors, packaging materials shall not be transported into the exhibition hall before this time, and exhibition samples shall not be transported out of the exhibition hall; Exhibitors and contractors are strictly prohibited from early withdrawal or dismantling of exhibits at the conference! Exhibitors who need to apply for overtime withdrawal are required to go to the service office of the main venue contractor before 3:00 pm on the same day to complete the procedures.


2. During the dismantling period, all participating units must arrange personnel to take care of their belongings. When transporting items out of the venue, one should proactively present the 'Exhibition Release Permit' to the security personnel of the exhibition hall and cooperate with them to check whether the 'Exhibition Release Permit' matches the items being moved out. The release permit can be processed at the organizer's service desk


3. Exhibitors should clean up and remove all exhibition props, samples, decoration materials, packaging materials, etc. they bring from the exhibition hall on time and transport them out of the exhibition hall.


4. Exhibitors who rent standard/luxury booths are requested to keep the rented electrical appliances such as lamps and sockets on the booth and are not allowed to dismantle or remove them without authorization. The exhibition hall will arrange electricians to inspect and retrieve them.


5. Exhibitors who entrust freight companies to transport exhibition samples must have staff accompanying them during the transportation process to avoid damage, loss, and misplacement of exhibition samples.


6. After cleaning the booth, the contractor of the special booth should go to the service office of the main venue contractor to notify the staff of the venue unit to inspect and issue a clearance certificate. The deposit will be fully refunded without interest within 45 working days after the exhibition ends. If there is a fine deduction, the fee will be charged separately.


7. The dismantling vehicles of each participating unit must obey the command and dispatch of the exhibition hall security personnel. Drivers are not allowed to leave the vehicles, park them at various entrances and exits of the exhibition hall, passages, and non designated truck parking areas for loading.
