Subsidy scope

Starting from January 2026, subsidies will be provided to individual consumers for purchasing six types of household appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, air conditioners, water heaters, and computers, and four types of digital smart products, including mobile phones, tablets, smart watches, wristbands, and smart glasses, with a single selling price not exceeding 6000 yuan.

Subsidy standard:

15% of the final sales price of the above products after deducting discounts in each link, with a subsidy of 1 item per person per category. The subsidy for household appliances per item shall not exceed 1500 yuan, and the subsidy for digital intelligent products per item shall not exceed 500 yuan.

Subsidy method:

When individual consumers purchase products within the subsidy scope, they can receive and use consumption vouchers, and enjoy the subsidy amount through the direct "subsidy reduction" model according to the subsidy standards. The delivery address should be within Shaanxi Province.

Subsidy process:

Obtain eligibility. After completing real name registration, consumers can receive electronic consumption vouchers.

Choose products. Consumers purchase goods at offline sales stores or online e-commerce platforms that participate in the activity, and after verifying the consumption vouchers, place an order for payment. The system will automatically verify the subsidy consumption vouchers and implement the "subsidy reduction" policy.

*Reminder: Products within the scope of national subsidy will be executed according to unified standards, while products outside of national subsidy will be executed according to the preferential policies launched by the following exhibited brands.
