Now we put forward the following opinions on promoting the development of residential community elderly care services by property service enterprises.


1、 Make up for the shortcomings of home-based community elderly care service facilities


(1) Revitalize the existing public houses and facilities in the residential area. Clean up and integrate all kinds of idle and inefficient public houses and facilities in the residential area. With the joint decision and consent of the owners, they can be handed over to the property service enterprise for unified transformation for home community elderly care services; the idle houses and facilities owned by the government can be handed over to the property service enterprise after the housing management department performs the procedures according to the regulations It is used for home-based community elderly care services. 5、 Improve supervision, management, incentive and support measures
