Improve the elderly care service system

In 2020, 60 "happy home" community elderly care service centers will be built, reconstructed and expanded, 200 rural happy homes for the elderly will be built, 50 Township nursing homes will be transformed and upgraded, and smart elderly care service platforms at the municipal level and 5 urban areas will be built to effectively improve the supply of elderly care services.

By 2023, 300 "Le Yangju" community elderly care service centers will be built to fully cover urban community elderly care service facilities and functions, and the municipal regional geriatric center will be established, Promote the construction of one elderly hospital or nursing home in 9 counties (cities) and 1919 happy homes for the elderly in rural areas, with a coverage rate of 70%.
