The All-United Women Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce into the "Belt and Road" Silver Industrial Economic Park on-site observation and exchange meeting will be held in the afternoon of May 15, 2024 at the headquarters of the "Belt and Road" Silver Economic Industrial Park. This event brings together a number of well-known female entrepreneurs from the Female Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce of the National Federation of Industry and Commerce and a number of well-known enterprises related to the silver hair industry, focusing on the innovation, development and future trends of the silver hair industry around the theme of the "Belt and Road" silver hair economy, and discussing the high-quality development of the "Belt and Road" silver economy.

Belt and Road elderly friendship

The headquarters of the "Belt and Road" Yinfa Economic and Industrial Park project is located in the north square of Xi 'an Railway Station, adjacent to Daming Palace National Heritage Park, located in the core area of the Great ruins of Chang 'an City in the Sui Daxing and Tang Dynasties, and is an important node of the World Cultural Heritage "Silk Road: The Network of Changan-Tianshan Corridor" jointly declared by China, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. In ancient times, Chang 'an was the eastern starting point of the Silk Road and an important node of Zheng He's voyages to the West. Today, Xi 'an has established the "Belt and Road Comprehensive Pilot Zone". The project continues the geography, industry and context of the "Belt and Road", continuing the connections of the ancients and passing on the torch.

The Special Plan for Xi 'an's "14th Five-Year Plan" elderly care Service System proposes to "build an age-friendly city compatible with the construction of a national central city". Around this goal, the project plans to attract 100 domestic and foreign head enterprises to settle in the fields of Yinfa Headquarters economy, resident health care, wisdom health care, aging transformation, rehabilitation AIDS, anti-aging industry, elderly food products, pension finance, pension culture and so on, forming the "Belt and Road" Yinfa economic industrial service headquarters. On this basis, efforts are made to build "one headquarters, seven centers, three bases and one park" to promote the high-quality development of silver economy in Shaanxi Province.

Belt and Road headquarters economy

The "Belt and Road" Yinfa Economic Industrial Park headquarters project is guided by Shaanxi Provincial Civil Affairs Department and Xi 'an Municipal People's Government, supported by Xi 'an Civil Affairs Bureau and Xi 'an Xincheng District People's Government, and operated by Shaanxi Yinkang Technology Industry Development Co., LTD., initiated by the president of Shaanxi Provincial Health Industry Association. It is committed to building the "Belt and Road" Silver economic pilot demonstration zone, the "Belt and Road" Silver Economic Industrial Park headquarters, and the general window of Shaanxi Silver economic innovation drive.

The construction area of the project is 61,956 ㎡, the above-ground construction area is 46,054 ㎡, and the underground construction area is 15,902 ㎡. The first to fifth floors are respectively planned as follows: "One Belt and One Road" Yinling Product Cultural Experience Center, "One Belt and One Road" Yinfa Economic and Industrial Innovation Incubation Center, "One Belt and One Road" talent training exchange Center and Yinling University, "One Belt and One Road" Yinfa Economic Forum permanent site, "One Belt and One Road" travel and health center.
