In response to the development needs of enterprises, the relevant person in charge of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau stated that in the face of the vast market and huge potential brought by Guangzhou's over 3 million permanent elderly population, Guangzhou is attracting high-quality silver economy enterprises from around the world to settle in Guangzhou with the greatest sincerity, optimal policies, and best ecology.

Guangzhou is using "scene development" as a key lever to activate the silver economy. Based on the first batch of 20 "Guangzhou Silver Economy New Scenes" lists released in five categories, the system is promoting new consumption venues such as "Silver Age Fashion District", "Silver Age Consumption Complex", and "Silver Age Friendly Shopping Mall", and continues to hold the "Lehuo Yangcheng" Silver Age Market, providing an immersive display and experience stage for enterprise products.
