At the meeting, Pan Zhiqiang, the Executive Deputy Secretary General of the Association, reported to the conference the election list and development plan of the Skilled Talents Training Special Committee. There were a total of 72 specially appointed experts, chairman, deputy chairman, executive deputy chairman, secretary general, and members of the Special Committee, including the director of the Modern Service Department of Guangdong Provincial Defense Science and Technology Technician College (Guangdong Vocational Education and Teacher Training College) as the chairman, The Executive Deputy Secretary General of Guangdong Province Home-based Elderly Care Service Association serves as the Executive Deputy Chairman, and the General Manager of Zhongweilian (Guangdong) Education Technology Co., Ltd. serves as the Secretary General of the Committee. He expressed the hope that the special committee would establish an organizational structure, improve relevant systems, organize the training, evaluation, and service system of skilled talents, promote the construction of a high-quality elderly care service talent team, and improve the level of elderly care services.

Next, we will enter the expert sharing segment of this event - the High Quality Development Forum for Elderly Talents. This seminar invited four experts, Li Jinshun, Associate Professor of South China Agricultural University, Chu Zhengang, Deputy General Manager of Shandong Qingniao Softcom Information Technology Co., Ltd., Vice President of Hebei Province Elderly Care Service Industry, President of Langfang Elderly Care Service Industry, Wang Guoquan, Chairman of Deheng Renhou Group, and Zhang Wenjie, Director of the Caring Elderly Lawyers Working Committee of Guangdong Lawyers Association, to share their experiences.

Firstly, Professor Li Jinshun, Associate Professor of South China Agricultural University, shared "Five Social Linkages: How to Connect, Move, and Cultivate Elderly Care Talents" to explain the understanding of "Five Social Linkages" and how to implement and promote the cultivation of elderly care talents. Professor Li pointed out that it is necessary to master the principles, learn from each other between urban and rural areas, and promote the co governance of urban and rural communities and the Five Social Linkages.

Next, Chu Zhengang, Deputy General Manager of Shandong Qingniao Softcom Information Technology Co., Ltd., shared with us the "Informatization Empowerment of Global Elderly Care Management and Services". By explaining the current development status of the elderly care industry and the background of industry education integration, combined with the actual situation of Qingniao Softcom, we shared how to effectively incubate elderly care composite talents through science.

Mr. Wang Guoquan, Vice President of the Elderly Care Service Industry in Hebei Province, President of Langfang Elderly Care Service Industry, and Chairman of Deheng Renhou Group, shared the "Building a Healthy and Healthy Talent Team to Assist Industrial Development" from three perspectives: talent strategy, talent alliance, and talent chain.
