On September 17th, 2023, the Xi'an International Elderly Care Industry Expo and Xi'an International Elderly Care Cooperation and Exchange Conference concluded at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center (Chanba).

The Xi'an Elderly Care Expo brings together high-quality elderly care brands from both China and abroad. The most eye-catching feature of the event is the first exhibition of the "Three and a Half Doctors" one-stop mobile digital medical care platform by Dr. Hu Dayi Group. The "Three and a Half Doctors" platform shines with four innovative highlights throughout the venue: using the Internet to smooth the last mile of rural elderly care; using digitalization to promote new consumption of home health and elderly care; using filial piety culture to lead the new trend of caring for the elderly with children; attracting great doctors to go to grassroots and empower the medical care industry, attracting the attention of the entire audience.

It is reported that the three and a half doctor platforms are demonstration projects for cross-border health and elderly care services in China. In 2018, the Ministry of Science and Technology initiated the project and Yao Jianquan, an academician of the CAS Member, took the lead. Three semi doctors jointly undertook the national key research and development plan "Cross border service application demonstration project for health care for the elderly" with Tianjin University, Zhejiang University, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Capital Information, China Putian, and Yizhitong Internet medical platforms, which has been successfully piloted in Zijin County, Guangdong Province, Beichen District, Tianjin City, and Luotian County, Hubei Province. So far, the digital medical care business of three and a half doctors has covered 12 provinces and cities across the country, serving 132649 elderly users nationwide, covering a population of 6147982, 65387 contracted households, 1016 medical staff stationed, providing medical care to home services for 32844 people, and 14358 hypertensive and hyperglycemic users followed up by doctors for elderly care.

Li Hao introduced that the Three and a Half Doctor Platform is based on a prevention oriented health and elderly care model, guided by Hu Da's 15 prescriptions, led by renowned medical resources, centered on digital services, and focused on digital traditional Chinese medicine entering communities. It practices a new model of "prevention, health, management, and care" for the "Three and a Half Doctor Elderly Care", using "medical+" to make up for the "disease prevention, health, and management" shortcomings of the vast number of elderly care institutions across the country, and works together to create a national "digital medical and elderly care" model project.

At the Xi'an Elderly Expo, Li Hao, Chairman of Dr. Hu Dayi Group, represented the three and a half doctor platforms and held a signing ceremony for three and a half doctor digital medical care cooperation with China Association of Aging Industry, China Railway First Bureau, Tongchuan Civil Affairs Bureau, Zijin County Civil Affairs Bureau of Guangdong Province, Shenzhen Standard Technology Research Institute, and other units, jointly building a national "digital medical care" standardized service system.

At the exhibition site, Director Guo Yuning of the Civil Affairs Bureau of Tongchuan City immediately organized team members to fully demonstrate the functions of the three and a half doctor platforms after visiting them. On the spot, he made a decision to introduce the three and a half doctor platforms to settle in Tongchuan. Tongchuan City became the first new type of elderly care practice base in the province that combines "digital medical care" and jointly built "Sun Simiao Medical Care Capital".

The Civil Affairs Bureau of Tongchuan City, leveraging the mature and replicable operation model of the three and a half doctor platforms, has taken the lead in conducting digital medical care pilot demonstration cooperation in Tongchuan. Through this, a unified digital elderly care service network has been established throughout the city, and the "three medical joint management, five social linkage" mechanism has been pioneered to build a new pattern of "one network for medical care in the city, and multi-level services in counties and districts" for elderly care in Tongchuan. Both sides will fully leverage the advantages of government enterprise cooperation, comprehensively carry out projects such as digital medical care, internet medical care at home, and visits and care services for extremely poor elderly, and open up a good situation for high-quality development of the elderly care industry in Tongchuan through resource sharing and complementary advantages. The project will establish a "government guarantee+market mechanism" through government guidance and enterprise participation, turn difficulties into opportunities, assist Tongchuan City in high-quality development of the home-based elderly care industry, and facilitate the "last mile" of home-based elderly care services.

The Civil Affairs Bureau of Zijin County has traveled thousands of miles to the Xi'an Elderly Care Expo to study international advanced elderly care experience. At the same time, it has successfully signed contracts with three and a half doctor platforms to jointly build the country's first county-level digital elderly care and care service platform and grassroots digital civil affairs medical care monitoring system. To promote the high-quality development of Zijin's elderly care industry and better serve the 85600 elderly in the county, It will provide valuable county-level grassroots experience to solve the difficulties of elderly care in extreme poverty.

At the Xi'an Elderly Care Expo, Dr. Hu Dayi Group and China Railway First Bureau (China Railway Leyang) reached a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly develop three and a half digital home care elderly care models for doctors in Shaanxi, jointly creating a batch of C2B customized integrated elderly care communities.
