Exhibition Introduction

Three and a half doctors

The first nationwide one-stop mobile digital healthcare platform

Assist county and district governments in high-quality development of the elderly care industry

In response to the increasing number of empty nest elderly and elderly living alone, as well as the imbalance of medical resources between urban and rural areas caused by children leaving home, the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Promoting the Construction of the Basic Elderly Care Service System" on May 21, combined with the recent policy guidance of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and ten ministries, Minfa [2022] No. 73 "Guiding Opinions on Carrying out Visiting and Caring Services for Elderly People in Special Difficulties", The "Three and a Half Doctors" have taken the lead in building a digital medical and elderly care service network based on county and district units. By aggregating grassroots medical and nursing forces nationwide, they have formed a professional "medical and elderly care" free practice team, innovated the "three medical joint management, five social linkage" mechanism, and created a one-stop mobile digital elderly care platform to solve the elderly care problems of left behind elderly, empty nest elderly, and special disadvantaged groups in urban and rural areas.

This move will effectively reduce household medical expenses, alleviate the pressure of grassroots governments on medical insurance, and relieve the worries of the 70s and 80s generation, only child families, and urban and rural children supporting the elderly. Through government guidance and enterprise participation, establish a market mechanism, turn difficulties into opportunities, assist the government in developing the county-level home-based elderly care industry with high quality, and facilitate the "last mile" of home-based elderly care services.

Using the Internet to Connect the Last Mile of Rural Elderly Care
