The Social Welfare and Philanthropy Department of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs issued the "Letter on Forwarding the Skills of the Training Course for the Quality Improvement of the Aged Organizations in the Standardization Strategy of Guangdong Province, and the Deenergy Training Program for One Talent", calling for civil administration at or above the local level. The Social Welfare (Aging Services) Section of the Bureau encourages and guides all types of pension institutions in the jurisdiction to register. On August 24th, the province's old-age care institutions will go to the 2019 (Guangzhou)International Elderly Health Industry Expo to conduct a combined study with the combination of “morning learning + noon visits the old fair + afternoon combined with the current situation of the high-end forum”.

Under the guidance of the Provincial Civil Affairs Department, under the guidance of the Provincial Civil Affairs Department, the Guangdong Provincial Pension Service Industry Association and the Guangzhou Light Industry Technician College are under the guidance of the Guangdong Provincial Standardization Strategy. The training started in three phases. Each training course lasts for three days. Two of the trainings are combined with the China International Geriatric Health Industry Expo (hereinafter referred to as (Guangzhou)International Elderly Health Industry Expo held by Guangzhou and Guangzhou in the Guangzhou Pazhou Canton Fair. The course will be held at the EldExpo Guangzhou Expo, and will be studied in the form of “Learning + Visiting the Old Expo + High-end Forum”. After the training, the organizer will issue the continuing education training hours and training certificate.
