We will set up public welfare exhibition and joint procurement exhibition area for elderly care institutions, and provide 100 free booths for the publicity and exhibition of elderly care institutions and on-site procurement negotiation, and guide and organize professional visitors and elderly citizens to visit and consult.

Application Instructions:

1. Booth specification: 6 square meters (3m length *2m width *2.5m height), ordinary construction, including one table and two chairs, the organizing committee will uniformly plan, distribute and provide booth design;

2. Only domestic pension institutions can apply. Each institution is limited to one booth.

Measure 2: Exhibition subsidy of 1 million yuan

Deans and principals of 1,000 nursing homes nationwide will be invited to visit the fair, and the expenses of accommodation and catering will be subsidized, and exclusive VIP procurement and docking services will be enjoyed (see: the fifth Guangzhou Old Expo VIP Exhibition Guide for details).

Measure 3: procurement subsidy of 5 million yuan

From August 27 to 29, if you place an order of more than 100,000 YUAN at the designated booth of the exhibition, you will enjoy a cash purchase subsidy of 10,000 yuan, with a limit of 5 million yuan.

Measure 4: propaganda subsidy 1 million yuan

The elderly care institutions attending the expo will have priority to apply for entering the "Cloud on the Old Expo" platform and enjoy the online exhibition hall service for 12 months. The 24-hour panoramic display and promotion of the elderly care institutions will be conducted by means of video, text, live broadcast, etc., so as to help expand the customers' traffic flow. The organizing committee will cooperate with online and offline media for all-round publicity and coverage.
