On March 28, the first "Silver Economic Industrial Park" in Guangzhou Development Zone and Huangpu District was officially unveiled in the Southern Meigu Industrial Park. "Southern Beauty Valley" as the first silver economic industrial cluster park, has a high standard factory and fully functional industrial supporting, 240,000 m² high standard factory has been put into use, in June this year delivered 80,000 m² office and industrial supporting.

In terms of favorable policies, enterprises or institutions entering the park will be given a rent subsidy of up to 50 yuan per square meter according to 50% of the actual rent, and each enterprise can get up to 1 million yuan a year.

Zhong Runqiang, assistant general manager of Guangzhou Development Zone Investment Group and chairman of Southern Meigu Group, said that the Development Zone Group has set up a fund of 450 million yuan for the silver economic industry to enable enterprises to develop and grow.

The landing of Yinfa Economic Industrial Park in Southern Meigu will further promote the agglomeration and development of Yinfa economic industrial chain in our district.
