The three parties discussed and exchanged ideas on jointly empowering the Wuhan Elderly Expo, carrying out commercial health and tourism business cooperation, and jointly promoting the elderly industry in Hubei Province. They reached a preliminary consensus on cooperation and will visit the Hubei Real Estate Industry Association to jointly explore how the real estate industry can explore the blue ocean market of silver economy in the trend of aging society.

The Hubei Real Estate Industry Association was established in 1988. It is a provincial-level, industry-specific, non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by enterprise units and related economic organizations engaged in real estate development, operation, valuation, and brokerage in Hubei Province, approved by the Hubei Provincial Department of Civil Affairs. Currently, it has 15 professional committees including commercial tourism, real estate development, industrial real estate, technology and industrialization, and has developed to nearly a thousand unit members. The Business Health and Tourism Professional Committee was officially established in April 2021 by the Hubei Real Estate Industry Association. At present, the business scope of each member unit of the special committee covers investment funds, planning and positioning, planning and design, construction engineering, investment operation, marketing agency, advertising, space design, property services and other fields. It has become the most influential professional group in the industry. It has carried out deep cooperation with Taikang Group, Jiuzhoutong Group, Internet Hospital, University for the Elderly, Liantou Group, Hubei Culture and Tourism Group and other large institutions and enterprises, and a health care and living alliance covering the central China market is forming. In the future, the Commercial Health and Tourism Special Committee of the Provincial Housing Association will, under the correct guidance of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development and the Provincial Housing Association, build a first-class summer health and wellness tourism base. At the same time, it will explore cooperation with housing associations in other provinces to jointly create high-quality summer, cold, and wellness bases, and promote the development of the health and wellness tourism industry in Hubei and even the whole country.
