Teahouse is one of the longest surviving commercial formats in Changsha, with a history of over a thousand years. The Dongmao Street Teahouse, located in the expensive May Day commercial district, is one of the popular check-in points in Changsha's commercial district, catering to consumers including the elderly, middle-aged, and young. It is said to be able to accommodate up to 15000 people throughout the day at its peak. At Dongmao Street Teahouse, the inspection team, led by Yunmeng Shanhai and Dongmao Street Teahouse partner Tie Han, learned and experienced the business model and philosophy of the teahouse, and explored aspects such as silver hair consumption.

Visit Changsha New Consumer Research Institute

At Changsha New Consumer Research Institute, the inspection team visited and learned about the institute's relevant research achievements, and exchanged and coordinated ideas on industrial integration, resource integration, and other aspects. Changsha New Consumption Research Institute is a scientific research institution established under the guidance of the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce and jointly initiated by the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the Tianxin District People's Government. It is the first new consumption research institute in China, with the vision of "consumption up, China moving forward". It focuses on the three functional positioning of "industry research, enterprise consulting, and investment incubation", and sets up a special new consumption industry fund, focusing on academic, enterprise, investment and financing, authoritative industry media, industry service platforms and other resources in the field of new consumption industry, jointly promoting the high-quality interactive development of cutting-edge theories and industrial practices in the new consumption industry.

Visit Goodnight Home Culture Park

Under the leadership of Chen Zecen, Executive President of Goodnight Home Group, the inspection team visited various functional areas of the park to understand the overall planning and operation mode, learn top-level planning and design of the silver industry, and innovate the business model of the silver industry. Goodnight Home Culture Park, affiliated with Goodnight Home Group, is located in the AAA level tourist attraction of Yuelu District, Changsha City, with a total area of 200 acres. It is a comprehensive cultural park that integrates industrial tourism, scientific research and production, science education, ecological tourism, and sports and leisure, highlighting industrial characteristics.

Visit the Flower Garden and have discussions and exchanges

Led by Chen Zecen, President of the Asian Silver Hair Economy Industry Research Institute and Chairman of the Flower Smart Elderly Care Group, the inspection team visited Flower Park. The Flower Park is located in the Goodnight Home Culture Park, with an indoor area of nearly 1370 square meters and an outdoor activity area of over 30000 square meters throughout the park. The Experience Hall integrates functions such as health preservation, day care, traditional Chinese medicine therapy, elderly catering, and leisure and entertainment. It is equipped with a rehabilitation therapy medical room, chess and card activity room, calligraphy room, electronic reading room, elderly restaurant, handicraft room, and elderly university, providing services such as meal assistance, walking assistance, leisure assistance, entertainment assistance, and rehabilitation therapy for the elderly in the area, creating a second warm home for the elderly.
