Background Introduction

The 3rd Xi'an International Elderly Care Industry Expo (referred to as Xi'an Elderly Expo), jointly hosted by the Xi'an Municipal People's Government and the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, is scheduled to be held at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 18 to 20, 2025.

The theme of this year's Xi'an Elderly Expo is "Qin style Silver Age Enjoying Chang'an", with a planned exhibition area of 32000 square meters. More than 500 participating units are planned to be invited, and more than 10 special conference activities are planned to be held. Guided by the market demand of the silver hair health industry, the expo focuses on the development of elderly care technology. While gathering the most cutting-edge technologies, products, and solutions, the expo aims to create a platform for the deep integration and development of multiple industries such as elderly care+medical care, elderly care+health preservation, elderly care+culture, elderly care+tourism, and elderly care+finance around the development of the silver hair economy, presenting new trends and a new future for the development of the silver hair economy.

At present, the Xi'an International Fair has fully launched the recruitment and investment promotion work. In order to gather a wider range of resources in the silver hair health care industry and the strength of various sectors of society, and to use the Xi'an Elderly Expo as a platform and lever to jointly promote the development of the silver hair economy and the progress of the elderly care industry, we are now publicly soliciting the organizers and speakers for the special conference activities of this year's Xi'an Elderly Expo. We sincerely invite business associations, silver hair health care enterprises, universities, professional institutions, and industry professionals to actively participate and jointly create a high-level, high-quality, and open platform for cooperation and exchange.

Solicitation requirements

Declaration subject

The applicant must be a legally registered industry association, enterprise or institution, higher education institution, media or think tank, etc., with independent legal personality; Have relevant resources and experience in organizing professional conference activities. The organizing unit leading the application for the special conference activity can jointly organize it with relevant units, and the relevant units can act as joint organizers or co organizers/supporters.

Based on policies related to the development of the silver economy and elderly care industry, focusing on industry development, market trends, and hot topics, we will focus on the following directions (including but not limited to):

1. Technology empowers the development direction of smart elderly care

2. Silver Hair Cultural Tourism and Health Preservation Travel Direction

3. Silver Hair Economy and Pension Finance Direction

4. Integration of medical care and elderly care and care for cognitive impairment

5. Home aging adaptation and smart home direction

6. Silver hair consumption direction

7. Direction of Elderly Education and Talent Cultivation

8. Direction of Industry Education Integration Cooperation and Exchange in the Elderly Care Industry

9. Health Preservation, Nutrition, Health, Medicine, and Food are the Same Direction

10. Community home-based elderly care and actively responding to the direction of population aging

11. New products, new technologies, and new scenarios are released

Organizational requirements

The organizing unit needs to have the ability to plan, organize, and execute meetings on site ▪  Conference Planning: Able to plan the name and theme of the conference, draft the agenda, write the conference activity plan, and after being reviewed and approved by the organizing committee, develop an organizational implementation plan. ▪  Organizational implementation: Able to integrate resources, invite conference speakers, leaders and guests to attend, implement conference and roundtable dialogues (with this segment), organize participants to attend (no less than 200 people), draft hosting speeches and promotional materials. ▪  On site execution: Able to equip execution personnel to carry out on-site conference execution work, including reception of leaders and guests, attendance of participants, organization of entry and seating, collection of speech PPTs, design of conference process background images, printing and placement of table cards, shooting and promotion, etc. ▪  Accept and cooperate with the organizing committee's overall arrangement of meeting time and venue usage schedule.

Supporting policies

For the special conference activities included in the third Xi'an International Elderly Care Industry Expo in 2025, the organizing committee will provide strong support to the organizers in the following aspects: 1. Venue facilities: Free conference venue and conference facilities (stage, LED screen, lighting, sound system and other conference facilities, as well as professional operator services) will be provided. 2. Guest invitation: Assist in inviting relevant leaders and guests to attend the special meeting. 3. Resource link: Provide the organizer with links to various resources in the silver hair health and wellness industry. 4. Honorary Award: The organizing committee awards the organizing unit with the honor of excellent organizational unit. 5. Brand promotion: Provide 1P color pages of the "Xi'an Old Expo Journal" to the organizing unit, and promote the brand through channels such as the exhibition logo wall, attendance guide, and exhibition summary. 6. Media coverage: During the preparation period of the conference, the organizing committee worked together with the organizing unit to promote and advertise before the conference. During the conference, the organizing committee organized news media to report on it.

Declaration matters

All relevant units interested in applying, please complete the application before June 30, 2025.

The executive committee will conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on the application time, planning scheme, etc., select the best candidates, and make overall arrangements. The Executive Committee reserves the final interpretation right for this solicitation activity.
