On-site visits, exchanges, and procurement docking for several old-age pension projects under construction in Hubei Province, each project's investment purchase amount ranges from 1-3 billion. Hubei Province plans to complete 13 elderly care pilot projects this year, each with an investment of 50 million yuan.

▸Wuhan Aging Experience Center (Puneng Technology Park)

Yanhuang Innovation Aging Experience Center is located on the first floor of Puneng Science and Technology Park, Fenghuangyuan Road, East Lake New Technology Development Zone. The total investment is 10 million yuan, divided into two phases. The first phase of the experience center exhibition hall includes the experience room, the inner exhibition hall, and the outer exhibition hall. It covers an area of 1,000 square meters, and is equipped with meeting rooms, restaurants, sky gardens and other service facilities of 1,000 square meters. The second phase of the exhibition hall covers an area of 2,200 square meters. It is subdivided according to senior care products and supplies.

▸Huangshi Edong Medical Care Group

A state-owned health industry group that provides medical, teaching, scientific research, prevention, rehabilitation, old-age care and other services. The group currently has jurisdiction over 4 hospitals, 1 pharmaceutical company, 1 health care company, and 1 pension company. Currently investing in a medical-nursing-care pension apartment in the Lower Mainland, the planned investment amount is about 300 million yuan.

▸Jingshan Street Green Hotel + Pension Project in Wuhan Economic Development Zone

Junshan Street Junshan International Hotel + Pension Project is located in Junshan Street, Wuhan Economic Development Zone, with a total area of 16,000 square meters. It is planned to be built into a "seven-recuperation nursing hotel" integrating rehabilitation, physiotherapy, elderly care, and travel. The amount of investment in decoration and facilities and equipment 30 million yuan.

The old-age care service project jointly constructed by the Career Development Center of the Chinese Red Cross and Hubei Xiaotian Old-age Service Co., Ltd. will create an old-age base with a combination of medical care and humanistic care. 200 sets of villas and 120 sets of apartments are newly renovated
