3. Online voting: From August 6-12, 2021, the most popular award will be selected by online voting, and 3 points, 2 points and 1 point will be added to the expert evaluation score of the final according to the number of votes.

4. The final: From August 12 to 15, 2021, the gold, silver, bronze and individual awards will be assessed by expert evaluation and online voting.
