On September 16th, the Shaanxi Social Welfare and Elderly Care Service Association accepted a million dollar donation ceremony from the Guizhou Charity Federation's "Xi Jiu · Wu Lao An Kang" fund at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center.
