On April 22nd, the Guangzhou Silver Hair Economy Investment Promotion (Huangpu) and the 2nd Guangzhou Smart Health (Suitable for the Elderly) Equipment Innovation Design Competition were successfully held at the Silver Hair Chain Global Selection Center (Junheng Square) in Huangpu District. The theme of the event is "Intelligent Integration of Silver Age, Linking Huangpu", fully leveraging the leading advantages of Huangpu District in the silver economy field such as industrial foundation, policy innovation, and scenario application. With the empowerment of resources from the Guangzhou Old Expo platform, a high-level industrial cooperation platform will be built for government enterprise docking, resource aggregation, industrial chain linkage, and global collaboration.

This event is fully guided by the Civil Affairs Bureau of Guangzhou and Huangpu District, and jointly organized by the Organizing Committee of China International Elderly Care and Health Industry Expo and Guangzhou High tech Construction and Development Group Co., Ltd. As a leading demonstration zone for the development of silver hair economy in Guangzhou, Huangpu District has always adhered to the dual development and integration of elderly care and silver hair industry. In recent years, the policy system of the entire district has been continuously improved, the industrial ecology has been continuously optimized, and the innovation momentum has accelerated. It has taken the lead in introducing the first district and county-level "10 Measures for Silver Hair Economy" special policy in China. Currently, more than 600 high-quality silver hair economy enterprises have been gathered, and the scale of related industries has exceeded 60 billion yuan. It has built an integrated full chain development pattern of research and development, manufacturing, display, and application, and is at the forefront of the city in key tracks such as smart health care, elderly friendly equipment, and elderly biomedicine. Six key projects were announced at the event site: the second Guangzhou Smart Health (Elderly friendly) Equipment Innovation Design Competition was officially launched to help transform and implement innovative achievements; Release the 10th China (Guangzhou) International Elderly Care and Health Industry Expo 10th Anniversary Strategy, comprehensively enhance the platform's level and global influence; Launching the Silver Hair Chain and Global Product Selection Center, creating a global silver hair industry resource docking platform that integrates product selection, display, trading, and incubation; Publish the strategic plan for the silver economy track of the High tech Group, strengthen the construction of carriers, industrial investment, and resource integration capabilities; Release the national strategy and supply chain procurement plan of Taikang Group, and smooth the supply and demand docking of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain; Release the construction plan for the Yilin Smart Elderly Space Renovation Joint Laboratory, creating a replicable and promotable model for aging friendly renovation.
